Finally, a fuzzy coat that I’m absolutely in love with and let me tell you, it was not an easy one to find. The problem with the yeti type coat is that some of them are just too big for my liking and can make you look like a football player with very big shoulders and that is definitely not something I’m into. I’ve tried on and looked at a zillion of these coats and some are just too big all over, some were too much of a coat. I wanted something that would be a little thinner so that it could be a cardigan/blazer and I could wear it inside as well as out. Right before Christmas my mom and I headed to Halifax to drive my brother back and so she could finish up my Christmas shopping. When I saw this beautiful fuzzy coat that looked beyond perfect I was ridiculously ecstatic that they had my size and that it wasn’t super overwhelming but just the right amount of coziness and fuzziness! My mom, being the fabulous mother she is, snatched it up and bought it for me for Christmas (Thanks, mom, you rock!) As soon as we left the mall, (although she did a stealthy job of hiding the fact that she had purchased it for me) I began to think of all the pieces I would wear it with. Since we had gone to the States a couple weeks before and my mom had gotten me a few Christmas gifts there (one being this polka dot wrap dress that I also adore) I knew right away that these two would be perfect together with some pops of red thrown in for an extra wow factor. When I finally got both of these pieces for Christmas I was so happy that they worked as well together in person as they had in my head.
Special thanks to Envy and my mom for making this fabulous coat a reality in my life. I couldn’t have made it to this fabulous fuzzy point without the two of you!
Thanks so much to Fingers, Faces & Feet for my incredible nails!
Boho & Braids xoxo
